Launching a new app and encouraging people to download it can be tough, even when there's money to be saved. We were tasked with two briefs. The first to produce a short animation, to help promote the new app, showing off its features and super easy to use interface. Our second task was to produce a handful of educational videos telling users about all the ways they can earn pounds and not points.
An animation style that used real life examples of the Rewards app making it clear, just how easy it is to earn points and not pounds. The series of animations would use a careful balance of custom created assets and voiceover to complement the story, ensuring the audience remains engaged as well as informed. With a large target audience in mind, the animations would need to be clear and concise but also provide enough information to a range of ages and demographics.
